Pavlova
Pavlova with berries and cream cheese
Ingredients:
6 egg whites(i used frozen ones)
250 g sugar
vanilla essence
4 tablespoons icing ssugar
pinch of salt(or few drops lemon juice)
400g cream cheese
200 g melted white chocolate
another 2-3 tablespoons icing sugar for the cream cheese(optional)

Ever since I started using frozen egg whites, I never turned back.
I started by accident cause didn't have any fresh eggs in the fridge, but I new I had frozen egg whites, so I decided to give it a go.Life changing for the people who make pavlova often,or for the ones that love merengue.
Put your frozen egg whites in the stand mixer along with the lemon juice.Mix it until foamy.Start adding the sugar,first the regular one and after you mix well almost until stiff,add the icing sugar and the vanilla flavour.

Bake it at 100 C for 2 hours,until completly dry.
Let it cool down completely.
Mix the cream cheese with the melted white chocolate,add the icing sugar if you like it a litlle bit sweeter and a little bit of vanilla.
When the merengue is cold ,coat it with the cream cheese and add your berries on top.
