Dough muffins

Dough muffins 

Recipe for the dough:
600 g flour
300 ml water(better with milk)
2 packs dried yeast(14 g)
Pinch of salt
1 egg (2 if they are small)
300 g sugar
50 g butter

Mix them togheter in the stand mixer and at the end add the butter and mix a little longer.Let it rise until it doubles in size.

For the apples search my apple pie recipe.
Bake at 180° C untill golden, but don't forget to coat them with 1 yolk mixed with a little bit of water.
You can sprinkle some icing sugar on top
