Pitta bread



For the dough:
1 kg flour
600 ml warm water
1 pack dried yeast
Half tablespoon salt
Pinch of sugar
4 tablespoons sunflower oil.   
In a large bowl put the warm water with the sugar and the yeast. Mix well.Add the flour and the salt and mix to form the dough. Let it rise for an hour.
Make little balls of dought and spread them very thin.Bake on the stove in a cast iron skillet.
