Stuffed cheese pockets

1 kg flour
600 ml of milk and water(you can make it 50/50,or more milk and less water but about 600 ml in total).
1little pack dried yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
Half spoon salt
As usual we put the warm liquid into a bowl,add the sugar and yeast and melt them together. Add flour and salt on top and mix until you get a nice sticky dough. Let it rise about an hour.
Today I made this delicios and easy meal for my kids(and parents too, cause we couldn't stop eating😅).
For the dough:
Meanwhile I grated a very common cheese in our country,it's very similar with feta(you can use feta,or mozzarella,or gorgonzola, or whatever cheese you like,but it has to melt with the heat) and then I chopped green onions.
I spread the little ball of dough into a rectangular, added the cheese and the onions and wrapped it to form like a little pocket.
Baked at 200 °celsius ventilated,until the edges are golden brown.
They are totally worth it.
