Salty snacks


 Having 4 kids means having snacks on the table 24/7.

So i decided to stop buying and making my own .

For the dough:
1kg flour
1 pack dried yeast
1 teaspoon sugar

2 teaspoons salt

500 ml warm water
200 g animal fat(lard)

For the seasoning:
Sesame seeds (or any other seeds you like)
Salt
Curry

First you have to mix the yeast and the sugar into the warm water.
Pour the water into the flour, add the salt and the lard and mix to combine well.
Let it rest for half an hour.
Mix again and spread a sheet at about 0.5 cm thick. Cut,season and bake at 180-200°C until golden brown.
Enjoy.
