 Puff pastry rolls


You will need puff pastry and condensed milk(or any other filling like jam,chocolate,lemon custard etc)

Optional:chocolate to decorate and shredded coconut.


Cut your puff pastry into long strips,roll them as big as you like and put them into the ring shape.
Put something heavy on top(this is for keeping their shape flat) and bake at 180Celsius untill golden.
I used a little bit of condensed milk to fill them up and a little bit of melted chocolate on top.
If you have pastry rings, you could use that...i had little muffin moldes to keep them wrapped.
As easy as it can get.
