Vegan donuts
Donuts (no eggs,no butter,no milk)
Simple and filled with apricot jam.
You make a dough from: 1 killo flour, approximately 600 ml warm water(you might need a little bit less,a little bit more depending on the flour)
1 pack dried yeast,
150 g sugar
2 teaspoons salt,
vanilla and lemon essence,
4 tbspoons olive oil or sunflower oil.
Let it rise for 1 hour,after that you fold the dough and let it rise again for 40 minutes.
You make little balls of dough and you put them on little squares of parchment paper(it will help you manage them better).Let them rise again.
In a skillet, heat your oil and fry. Toss them in sugar(if you want to) and enjoy.You can even make a filled donut, because the dough is so airy and fluffy.
